Position: Responsible for Strategic marketing and sales in a Med-Tech startup within gynecology and obstetrics (CCO)

Location: Bodø/By agreement

Induvita AS is an innovative Med-Tech startup company that develops ground-breaking solutions within gynecology and obstetrics. Our aim is for Induvita to contribute to increasing the quality of clinical skills, diagnostics and treatment for the good of patients, practitioners, and society at large.

We are in the growth phase and are now looking for an ambitious and independent person responsible for strategic marketing and sales, who can contribute to our further success by developing our go-to-market plan and sales strategy.

Communication and collaboration:

In Induvita, you will work in close collaboration with other team members, including the general manager, chief medical officer manager and business developer. You will also interact with designers, manufacturers, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders.

About the company

Induvita AS was founded in 2022. We develop simulators for medical skills training and medical equipment for induction of labor and gynecological examinations, both for the national and international market.

Together, Induvita AS and collaborative partners have broad expertise based on a combination of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology, experience from project activities, research and innovation, design and regulatory processes, market analysis and business development.

Who are we looking for?

You are a result driven person with a strong commercial flair, motivated by working in a dynamic and innovative environment. As responsible for strategic marketing and sales, you will position Induvita in the market, develop and execute our commercial strategy, be responsible for customer relations, up and implement a customer relationship management system.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing strategies, including customer segmentation and go-to-market plan

  • Develop commercial strategy, be responsible for customer relations and implementation of CRM system

  • Drive direct sales and ensure high customer satisfaction, from first contact to signing of agreement and invoicing

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

  • Build our brand nationally and internationally through representing Induvita at conferences, trade shows and similar events.

  • Holistic responsibility for supply and demand, including connecting with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries according to quality and volume demand.

  • Create and present regular status reports for the manager and board

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree in relevant field

  • Minimum of three years' related work experience in sales and marketing, preferably within Med-Tech, health or the technology industry.

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English language, oral and written

  • Knowledge in medical device reporting (MDR) systems to ensure production and delivery according to regulatory requirements

  • In addition, we will emphasize personal qualities that will contribute positively to the existing team, professionally, socially and with commitment.

Skills:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with key customers and partners within the healthcare and Med-Tech industry

  • Strong communication skills and commercial acumen

  • Self-driven with strong ability to work independently and structured with varied responsibilities
